01Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you access or use the website autoplus.hk and any preliminary communication with us under the brand Autoplus (operated by Aether Frontier Group Limited, Hong Kong, CR 78145236) before a separate written engagement is signed. By using the website or contacting us, you accept these Terms.
02Scope of these Terms
These Terms govern:
- Browsing the website, downloading public materials, and submitting enquiries.
- Initial discussions, scoping calls, proposals, and quotations.
- Use of any free or sample content (capabilities briefs, sample reports, demo automations).
These Terms do not govern paid consulting work itself. Engagements are subject to a separate written agreement (Service Agreement, Statement of Work, or equivalent), which prevails in case of conflict with these Terms.
03Services we provide
Autoplus is an independent AI System Consulting practice serving Hong Kong small and medium-sized businesses. We design and deploy AI-supported customer-operations systems, workflow automations, and reporting layers. Specific deliverables, schedules, fees, intellectual-property arrangements, and acceptance criteria for any engagement are defined in the corresponding written agreement.
04Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the website or our services for any unlawful, infringing, or harmful purpose.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems.
- Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information through any contact channel.
- Upload or transmit malware, harmful code, or excessive automated requests.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate access where these Terms are breached.
05Intellectual property
All content on autoplus.hk — including text, layout, graphics, illustrations, photography, the Autoplus name, logo, and brand system — is owned by Aether Frontier Group Limited or its licensors and protected by copyright and trade-mark laws. You may view and share the content for personal, non-commercial reference, with attribution. Any other use (including commercial reproduction, redistribution, or derivative works) requires our prior written permission.
Sample materials we share during pre-engagement discussions remain our intellectual property unless and until expressly transferred under a signed engagement.
06Confidentiality
If you share confidential information with us during pre-engagement discussions, we will treat it as confidential, will not disclose it to third parties, and will use it only to evaluate or scope a potential engagement. A separate non-disclosure agreement may be signed where appropriate. Confidentiality obligations within signed engagements are governed by the engagement contract.
07Third-party platforms
The website may link to third-party platforms (e.g. Meta WhatsApp, LinkedIn, payment processors). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your interactions with them are governed by their own terms.
08Disclaimers
The website and any pre-engagement materials are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by Hong Kong law. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
09Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Aether Frontier Group Limited and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from or in connection with your use of the website or pre-engagement materials. Our aggregate liability under these Terms for any claim is limited to HK$1,000.
Liability arising from a signed engagement is governed by that engagement's own liability provisions, which prevail over this clause.
10Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the website.
11Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts for any dispute arising under these Terms, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any competent court to protect our intellectual property or confidential information.
12Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
